Do you accept international orders?
I am happy to ship internationally! Because special circumstances may apply depending on your location, please contact me before ordering so I may discuss them with you. International orders can take much longer to reach their destination and there are other factors that may affect shipping abroad. I will be please to work with you as best I can.
How do you ship my order?
I prefer to ship by UPS whenever possible, but I may choose another shipper (e.g. USPS or Fed Ex) at my discretion. You may also indicate your shipping preference on your order but I reserve the right to choose another based on logistical, price and other factors. However, I do this with your interest at heart and will always make sure you get the best shipping service and deal! All my shipments are tracked when possible, and the day your package is shipped I will send you an e-mail with your UPS (or other shipper) tracking number.
How do I measure my lamp shade?
There are four measurements that are normally taken for a standard lampshade:
TOP, WIDTH, HEIGHT, and SIDE
For Victorian style lampshades, the Fringe length is also important.
The top diameter of the shade, the bottom diameter of shade (width), the vertical height measurement of the shade, and the fringe length.
What's the maximum wattage bulbs used for the lamps?
We recommend 40W to 60W for most lamps.
How do you clean your shades?
Shades can be dusted with a soft cloth. Vacuuming is also an option.
What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL No refunds will be given once sale is complete. Each Lamp and/or Lampshade is original and will not be substituted for another. |
